Hey all! I created a Flickr group where people can post scans of their local Halloween lottery tickets.
I'm trying to get as many as possible, so help out if you can So far I only have mine (MA) from this year.
Oh and please scan them before you scratch them

I joined your group. I think it's a really cool idea. I live in Washington State and keep an eye out for some Halloween scratch tickets, and pick some up when I get a chance.
