Built my first groundbreaker and prop of the year the other night, only took about 2.5 hours. Still needs someone to go inside and probably a chain but pretty much complete. I was able to make this without spending any $$$ on it. Had the fence boards in and old shed when we purchased our house and glad I held on to them, they are weathered nicely and worked out perfect. The rest of the wood is from the burn pile. Without any plans and not really knowing what I was doing, I am really happy how it turned out!
Got the bug pretty bad this year and cant wait for the next project. Even though the wife thinks its a bit early to start and is already giving me a hard time...

Thanks!
Mr. Beeker welcome to the forum and yes I will have to move it outside could always use more weathering.

Agree its never to early to start, just takes her a bit longer to get going than me. Or maybe she just gets bored in the fall because I am in the garage all the time. Either way I appreciate the help when I get it.
