I built 2 of these this week. Kinda a last minute idea.
This is a shot of the framework.
I pounded a long piece of rebar into the ground and slid the PVC over it. The cloth is just some cheap stuff I picked up at Walmart for $2 per yard. It took almost 8 yards of fabric. I just hot glued the fabric on the framework after I bulked it up with some scrap bubble wrap and duct tape. The skulls were some old blow mold ones from a lawn stake set. I sprayed the tiki torches gold to stand out a little more.
I sometimes need to attach things to foam. In one instance it was a foam tombstone that I needed to attach to a thin plywood base, so it would stand up on a stage. Many years ago, I recall seeing someone use what I thought were drywall screws. But, that didn't hold at all on the polystyrene...

Have you created any photo ops and incorporated scare props?
we had folks taking pictures with some of our static props (crypts, Corpses, mausoleum), so I wanted to build something specifically for photo ops.
I’ve seen the electric chairs that vibrate/flash when unsuspecting ToTs sit down...
Does anyone own a Horror Dome Vampire Bat Puppet and, if so, does it look similar to the photo? I've heard a few less-than-stellar things about that site and I'd very much like to know.
