Started working on a grave grabber a couple days ago and here's what I've gotten done so far. It's an old foot massager (free from my sister) and a bunch of scrap from the garage. I'm thinking of having something laying across it to look like it's being crushed, but not sure what yet.

That looks fantastic! Really smooth!

I always thought one year I'd try to do something like that and make it look like someone had an accident putting up the Halloween decorations. (Fallen ladder, tangled extension cords and lights, etc.)

Nice movement!

I made something similar to that several years ago. I just call him "Swimming Skeleton." :)

Winter squash Calabaza Pumpkin Cucurbita Gourd My first thought was put a giant evil pumpkin squashing him. I crushed my witch last year with my home grown pumpkin. Mine was very cheesy but I picture an evil pumpkinrot? type monster pumpkin attacking your prop.
