Had a call, they would be here in 60 minutes. 6 children, all ages and four adults, two Familys related via the Father-brothers.
They were here to play Hide And Seek in the house. they have never been here before, but awhile ago some of them were in a small town parade about 17 miles from here and i had been behind their car/float with the bright Yellow Jeep.
They are from 100 miles away.
I walked them through the house first and scared the one adult-Brother.. in front of all the kids, but he was laughing right afterwards.
Then I think every one of those kids had a huge, happy Scream a short while after that.
Then I "Got" the one Dad again with a long-distance puppet that I just randomly pull it's string, he let out a huge yell!
Then the "Brother" Dads scared one another (I think?)... Oh. yes! I think I had everyone of those kids all screaming at the top of their lungs in one walk-way, Then I scared one older boy by himself with a scrap of furry material held around a corner as he was walking up to that corner (Trade Secrets Here, folks, don't forget to send me all of your money for my 27 volume set of,, oh, never mind! (It arrives at your door, pictures included (but no Crayons!)
Then at the end of their hour I suggested I could take the kids and have them do something they would really like! And they all did like it, a very old device I have here that only gets used very seldom, I might even have to oil up those wheels on it! (Or just push it harder!?)
It has been a long, slow winter around here, so this afternoon it all felt so very GOOD!
