I have an old wedding dress that I would like to make glow. It is mildly photoluminescent (black light glowable :) ) but I would really like to make it pop.

Is there a dye that I could soak it in that would do the trick. A buddy of mine said soak it in tonic water, which contains quinine, but I'm not sure if that will do the trick. Nor am I sure if that won't attract bugs.

Any suggestions or comments welcome, Thanks, Marc V.

Rit Dye has a whitener product that should work. It works for cheesecloth to make it pop under backlight. Wal-Mart sells it among other places.
