Getting more TOT's to your house?

We live in the first court in our neighborhood and I don't think I get as many kids as I think I should? Anyone else have a hard house to find or is out of the way? I get that no one really wants to walk to the court that only has seven houses and I'm ok with that but want to get more traffic. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and what you do to help it? I was thinking of putting an A-frame ay the corner with a sign that says "Halloween Graveyard" with some flashing lights?

We are on a short road that everyone uses as a cut-through (usually driving way too fast and often throwing trash out of their vehicle, but that's another story) We don't get a lot of foot traffic, mostly folks stopping to let the kids run up and trick or treat, but we are getting more and more. Last year we had around 80 lol.

I get about 30 or so, but we have two school just a few blocks away so I know we are being passed up. If you pass our court you get to the main road and the court only has 7 houses so I'm sure they don't think its worth it? Saturday morning I think I will put the sign up so people can see as then drive out of the my neighborhood
LOL I am starting to decorate again because my kids are old enough to want to help instead of ToT'ing. Where we live now if it's a decent day out we get around 400 or so in 2.5 hours. Last year was a little chilly and wet so we met them at the door with costumes and atmosphere but only had about 200 kids. Hoping for a good 31st this year! As far as getting more to the house you just have to decorate to where you like it and hope the little ones remember you and start bringing younger siblings and friends as they get older :)
