That is a strange listing. It's an auction with a Best Offer option. I don't know how that works. Maybe if you offer $100 the seller can choose to end the listing early? Must be something new.

You're right. I am a big E-Bayer too and for some reason I thought I saw it was the buy it now price.

They might’ve edited the listing, so maybe it was a BIN at first.

Also, I’ve sold a couple things recently and it kept reverting my listings to “make an offer” even when I tried to turn that feature off....not sure if it was an error on my part or Ebays but I thought it was weird. I sold a Nest thermostat and I kept getting ridiculously lowball offers, so I definitely didn’t want it turned on.

Anyway, hopefully someone lives close by to them because that’s a good deal on that spider!

Two of them sold on ebay recently, July 16 and Aug 7, first for 559.99 incls shipping and second one 500.00 with local pick up. Doubt you'll like those prices but they apparently are being listed there on occasion. I think it's going to be a tough search or you won't like the price. I have one and the box is huge and heavy. Suggest also keeping an eye out on Craig's List locally. Driving to Canada or having a northern "friend" ship one to you might seem more reasonable LOL.

Might see if HD will be carrying it again this year. They have the last couple years it seems. I watched their site last year until they went on sale and caught it on sale for $125. I liked it so much once I got it set up that I bought a second one after Halloween for the same sale price.

Looks like they're done. This is a good reminder that if you like something, don't wait forever to buy it. It might not be around much longer.
