Yikes.... 800 bucks!
The saw body is the easy part....
Should be able to find a junk saw at a garage sale or local chainsaw repair place. In today’s disposable society finding a saw that is not worth repairing will be easy.
Getting the sound and vibration....?
Most small speakers don’t have that kind of volume and will not be convincing.
I wonder if you can use an electric motor inside to spin a gear that flaps against a piece of tin. Similar to the baseball card in the bicycle spokes but with a metalic thrashing sound.
A variable speed motor from a cheap electric drill maybe as then you can vary speed and sound pitch?
