FG's collection cull volume 1: Gemmy stuff
I am trying to downsize some of the stuff I've collected over the years as I'm running out of space.

Gemmy Douglas Fir Talking Christmas Tree $20 + shipping

Item is used, with box (but it's beat up), x-mas songs cassette tape (remember those?), instructions, and power cord, but is missing its little santa hat. It has light up green colored eyes, and blinks and moves its mouth with the music. Mouth is not perfect - it will move, but it's not really opening and closing as much as I would like, but I was afraid to mess with it and make it worse (eyes work perfectly tho). Can be used to create a talking skull like this one: http://www.kickthefog.com/talking_skull.htm (was planning on it, but just have never gotten around to it). Has the aux input line (see the 3rd pic) so you can hook up a CD player or other sound producing thang to give it its own voice (otherwise it WILL spout out x-mas songs on its own when plugged in, and that is scary).
(not my video, but this is what he does if he's not plugged in to any music/sound source - so you can see how his mouth is supposed to move. My tree moves about 50% less but it does move... likely can be fixed easily if you're handy, but I have no real idea)

I think I have a Gemmy talking x-mas wreath around here somewhere, and possibly a spare gemmy spirit ball (can't remember where they are right now) but will try to dig through in the next week and post if I find more stuff I need to cull out. Might even find some surprises as I am bad about squirreling things away and forgetting about them.
