This would be the place to talk about it with people who understand.
I don't have the best support for setting up for halloween and such but I do get some help in various areas so for me the worst halloweens are more the ones that prevent me from participating at all. One year Right before halloween I had a torn retina and had to have laser surgery and another one that comes to mind was having the flu with fever, chills, aches and just stuck in bed under the covers. Not being able to see the kids in their costumes at all really is what I view as the worst for me. The other issues I've come to expect and any help becomes a wonderful surprise and brings out my thanks.
