Feedback - Your not marketing it well.
If you just need it gone, those photo's are fine, but not at $2500.
I assume price is based on the "Lab Scene", which you may want to separate, from other props, as its unique and big and will require a special buyer, vs the "bulk/traditional" items.
If you want to maximize the sell of the "bulk/traditional", bigger market, you'll need to show better pictures.
Just my thoughts along with the "Lab" looks pretty cool, but lots of storage.

Just a secondary thought, if you don't get interest in the full lab, your parts on lab may sell for more removed and sold individually or in small lots. Though, members do, sell member to member, on bigger lots will need Craig's List, to get more local interest. Even a Halloween yard sale. If selling to a re-seller, don't let them pick you first, leaving nothing of interest to draw locals to yard sale.

I do agree. Id love the gauges and knobs on your lab equipment to incorporate into mine. If you chose to part out, please keep me in mind.
And as Jerseyscare says, Craigslist works. Ive bought entire collections from people on there. Be prepared for a lot of questions and requests for
pics. And dont get offended with low ball offers and lookie loos lol.

It looks like you have some nice stuff. Wish I was closer. Good luck with it! Sorry to hear its time to hang it up, but Im sure you will make
another collector very happy!

I like your thoughts to separate into lots. What you want to do is figure out the key pieces and then build lots around them. If you have pictures of the items set up that will help people get a vision of what they can do. That way you maximize your profit and don't end up with a bunch of stuff you need to get rid of. And make sure they load the full load or charge extra for what they don't take as a disposal fee. Good luck.
