If you're looking for a tan then it might be beige, but it may also be a color called sand which has to be mixed. You can get cans of white Drylok tinted, but if you want a special color you have to hope that the person working the counter actually knows their stuff. Most people will only tint the handful of colors available on their computers and might offer color matching if their system is set up for it. If you get lucky you can find someone who can actually freehand tint your paint to any color within reason. I used to do it all the time for a lot of my customers needed special colors.

Tint it yourself. I've darkened/lightened drylok many times by adding latex paint to it. You can get any desirable shade you want. This is fine for tombstones too as you may want them to be different shades and not all look exactly alike. You can pour a small amount of drylok into a container and mix your color in accordingly.
