Does anyone out there happen to know how build a portable amplifier for monster costume sounds? Being able to connect it to an MP3 or several MP3s or tracks would be even better. get a small cheap battery powered amp,put some eye hooks in the case to put straps,and hook up a mp3 player to it.

I like that you can add the micro SD card. I've used cheap MP3 players in different places in my haunt with PC speakers and that works well. Also, I've got a couple of the smaller battery powered guitar amps too.. the one I have was about $20. So, you're whole rig might cost $30 with a wee bit of labor.
