digital puppet help?

I have the yorick digital puppet from .imagineerieing.com

I have used him and operated the mouth manually, no problem..

I have a need to use the microphone function. I set the sensitivity okay. next go to record something and no movement on the jaw.
Dont know what I am doing wrong. Cant find their e mail address.

anyone here can help ?
