I wondered why everyone here loves making hands from scratch for your lifesize props. I kept thinking why make them when it is so time consuming... I just want to buy them!

They were pricey... but they looked good. Yet after 22 days outside I see that it was a really big mistake. :(
Is there anyway to salvage them?

What about painting on some liquid latex? (It'll probably constantly need touching up) I have the same problems and was wondering myself.

Nope, straight out of the box. We ordered them last season. Used them this year. Put them outside on the 1st.
I can see the difference in the quality of the latex that is covered by their sleeves and hidden from the sun vs the exposed parts. It is simply is deteriorating due to exposure.
