[phantom jack]

I was hoping someone might know where to find this mask. It used to be very common from what I hear, but in recent years it's quite rare. I found only one site that has it so far, and they seem slightly.. Shady?

Anyhow, here are the best photos I could get of the mask.(Both of them being Greg Welts.) Terrible quality, for some reason.
