I attempted to follow this tutorial on YouTube:
And here is the result:
This was for the Worlds of Fun (amusement park) Halloween Haunt Parade on Friday night. I was riding in my brother's hearse (hence the coachman's hat!)
The makeup I used for this was:
Black Eyebrow pencil from Dollar Tree
Black Liquid Eyeliner from Dollar Tree
White Tulip Brand Face Paint from JoAnn Fabric & Crafts
Black Tulip Brand Face Paint from JoAnn Fabric & Crafts
Black Lipstick I picked up for 99 cents at the grocery store
Eye Shadow from Dollar Tree (used for shading)
Ben Nye LiquiSet Spray (used to activate the face paint and set the final result... ordered from FacePaint.com)
Also... I have a moustache, which I stuck down with a school glue stick (Dollar Tree again!) then painted over.
