1st off this is awesome.
Did you use the same setup as a FCG? Can you post a description on how you got so much stroke on the head and so little on the arms.

I will be posting details on my blog, I will post here when that is done. Or you can look at my you tube channel which has a series of videos detailing the build. Basically, this is like a crank ghost in that it uses a single motor with linkages to drive multiple movements. The difference is that the linkages are mechanical, and inside the ghost.
