I am having some difficulty finding a reasonably priced
clear uv spray paint.

I want to paint a plastic skeleton and have it glow blue under uv light

does anyone have a source?

what about that detergent used to make FCG glow.
can that be used on a plastic skeleton?

Maybe try the blacklight hair spray and then top coat it with a regular coat of clear? I'd test it on something else first though. I don't think the detergent would stick to well to the plastic. You could try it on a plastic bucket or something.

One semi-cheap method could be that uv reactive hairspray. The FCG stuff, if I recall, is a clothing whitener made by rit and I don't think it will work on plastics. Around halloween I have seen uv spray at stores like target. I picked up a couple bottles on clearance a couple years ago. Sprays on clear and has a blue glow when lit.

Spray it with the glow in the dark wallyworld paint. It's pretty much bone color to begin with.
