I can offer some advice, we added a 3-D chromo-depth room to our haunt in 2012. Spent hours painting panels, purchased 75 chromo-depth glasses. Halloween night arrives, we had 5-6 cm of snow, it was windy and 5degF before wind chill. All the little ToT’s had on toques, and mittens. They could not get the glasses on because of the mitts, many couldn’t keep them on because of toques and costumes. I guess what I am saying is be aware of the impact local climate can have when planning this kind of room.
So with that said, our victims (older ones and adults) kept them on throughout the haunt, it won’t really affect too much. Anything red will still appear closer, and cooler colours will recede, but it will not impact overall experience too much. It is a fun effect, good luck!!!
