I want this prop to look like a cheese grater. I would paint with a metallic
paint and paint, sand, paint until the wood grain is gone and it resembled
metal. Then I was thinking about using the bottoms of an egg carton, cutting
them in half and attaching them to the top of the grater. The slicer on the side
would be cut into the plywood and painted to have an edge and possibly drilling
small holes in a pattern for the zester for the other side. My other thoughts
were to airbrush all the details or have my friend print it out on vinyl and
wrap the prop. Since there is so many talented people here. I'd love to hear
their comments and suggestions. Thanks in advance.
