Chauvet Blinking Blue Light of Death

Ok someone here has to have had this problem with the POS Chauvets. I have a 1200 that puts out fog (dense fog for like 6-7 seconds) then blinks blue for 1 min then does same thing

I know it is reading the tank as empty, its full

Already cleaned with fluid twice
Power cycled several times
pinched the tube for suction and to prime
cleaned pump
did some bypass BS holding buttom down while power cycling (Per Chauvet)

I know heater works
I know pump works

The problem is the damn tank sensor.

HOW can I fix it - a new board is $50 - a new machine is $90. WTF!

Cleaned the filter in the tank at the end of the tube? Mine does the exact same thing without the blinking light, but I know what the issue is. I don't have the right remote for it. Some of their machines are very specific about the remote they will use. The remote I have does not allow me to control anything on the unit, but does allow it to work on a constant cycle as you describe, which happens to be pretty close to what I want so I'm not sweating it. Might not be your issue, but it's something to look into.
Do all the above and then just throw it in the trash. I had several of these and they were all POS. They lasted a year maybe two. Spend the money and buy anything other than CHAUVET. Just my opinion.....

Honestly it worked great....once. Used it on Halloween 2 years ago. Took it out last minute last year (stored in the attic in a rubberware sealed box) and did not work. It pumped out a lot of fog and the continuous mode was flawless the first year I had ut. Went to use it again for only the second time and it no longer works. Flashes blue indicating that it needs fluid but the tank is full. Nothing helped the problem. I spent 2 full evenings this year working from YouTube and the useless manual and still nada. I don't know if another brand is more reliable or not but will not be ordering from this company again. A product should work more than 3 or 4 hours.. I nearly wouldn't mind had I been careless with it, left but in a damp / wet garage but I carefully packed it away. Very disappointing. ...

Watch this video. It’s a little corny, but it works. Both of mine were new out of the box and has the blinking blue light.
A slight move of the hose got both of them working again.

Was a good video thanks.
Was especially interested to see yours also sits doing nothing for 30 seconds before it even begins to heat (confirmed w/ a kill-o-watt).
I've had this one stop for seemingly no reason. I have 7 other fog machines, not my first rodeo. So seemingly no reason really means no good reason to stop.
Still under warranty, but first failure was the spade connector on resettable thermo-switch not pushed on firmly.
Good compact idea, not impressed with reliability..
