Working full steam to build a new fence for my haunt and minus the cross at top center and hinges, these gates are done! The vertical rods are 1/2" electrical PVC, the frame 1x3 Douglas Fir, the "X" 1x2 stain grade pine, the arc is redwood bender board milled and sanded to fit, and the bat toppers are Disneyland Haunted Mansion bottle stoppers. The brass skull handles are a medium size that came from a shop in Australia http://silkroadyamba.com.au/shop/medium-skull-handle-door-pull-spine-solid-brass-old-vintage-bronze-style-280mm-b/ I painted the gate with Rustoleum Restore Verticle. It's very gritty and takes a lot before it drips.

Thanks! I found the bats on Ebay under "bat stopper". For whatever reason, there are a bunch of them coming out of Florida. I made a deal with a couple of sellers and bought everything they had.

Thanks! The top of the frame is about 74" and the tallest black rod is about 81".

Very cool work! The bat toppers look like a Baccardi's bottle pour spout I picked up.

I almost used the Bacardi spouts, but couldn't find enough of them. That's when I found the Disney bottle stoppers.
