Cauldren creep LED eyes

Hey everyone, I am building a cauldren creep and got some green LED lights for him. What is the best and easiest way to light them up?

Assuming you're gonna have 12VDC powering the motor in the cauldron, just use a 1K resistor to each LED and connect them to the power supply.
