do you have any other photos of it? It's kind of small and not really easy to see features and details. and any description you have of what it actually does and you may check for imprints on the doll's head or other plastic parts where there might be a manufacturer's name or model number - any other information would be really helpful!

This prop is called butcher’s wife and it is made by pitini enterprises.
