I was cleaning out my grandfather’s house and came across this thin plastic Halloween mask. I thought it looked neat and was curious if anyone had any additional information on it. I’m wondering if anyone knows the maker or character it is depicting. It looks like Robin to me, but I’m not entirely sure. My mother or her brother most likely would’ve used it when they were trick or treating in the 70’s. My mother was born in ‘64.

It's definitely not Robin from Batman. It looks more old school cartoon-y newspaper comic strip type. I looked at a few sites with mask catalogs posted and haven't come across it yet, but there are FB groups dedicated to collecting Ben Cooper/Collegeville type vacuformed masks (which this looks like it might be).

Dug around the internet for a bit, and it looks like it might be a Collegeville costume for a short lived cartoon called Kid Power.
