Hi guys, this Halloween Curse of Michael Myers Jack O Lantern I bought last year was fine, but now a lot ! of the pain is peeling off it I know the pic does not show it but on the bottom and all over the back the paint is peeling and on the top. , even the company that made it said yeah the paint turned out to be a nightmare on them. They never replied back when I asked what kind of paint I could touch it up with. So wondering if someone here can tell me.

All I know the pumpkin is a thin plastic. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

sand off the peeling part, spray rustoleum primer for plastic, and spray rustoleum spray(orange) paint for plastic. Add details in regular acrylic paints if needed. But if its only in the back, and no one can see, then I wouldn't worry. Also you can cover the whole thing with cotton or latex and paint - theres a tut here on HF, looks very creepy.

Krylon has a paint that is designed to stick to plastics. This would save you a step. It sticks to PVC so I would assume it would stick quite well to your Pumpkin provided you can find the color you want.
