Rice of course, and maybe tapioca pudding. Also, something woth romano beans would be good - they are the white beans with red markings!

Also, how about white chocolate cheesecake with strawberry drizzle on the top and dark chocolate shavings?

I did this food theme a few years ago. I put a link to the table, (sorry, still can't figure out how to get an actual photo into a post).
I used sliced red bell pepper and placed it around a plate of hummus (not white but in the dim lights looked fine)
Cut up strawberries and sliced red pears.
wrapped sliced turkey around long thing breadsticks.
Brie it a great cheese and really white.
Meringue bones - Martha Stewart has an easy recipe.
yogurt covered raisins
Good luck and have fun!

You could do a thick black bean soup with dollops of sour cream on top, with some sliced red peppers for garnish.
What about slices of dark brown bread (almost black) from a baguette that you slice (on the diagonal) and top with red tomato sauce & shredded mozzarella cheese that you can toast to get all melty.

A platter with dark purple grapes, strawberries, blackberries & dark figs would be yummy, maybe with some brie and white crackers. You could add white merangue cookies or dark chocolate candy too. Along similar lines, you could layer chunks of white angel food cake into a deep glass bowl, then add a layer of sliced strawberries, then white cool-whip, then blackberries, then white angel cake, and so on. Make a trifle out of it.
