Where can I find this fabric?

I'm not a seamstress and I have no clue to what this type of fabric is even called. Do they carry this stuff at Halloween USA or Sprit? Is it just torn black fabric with black cheesecloth?

If you mean the black material around the shoulders , it looks like the dollar store table cloth they sell at Halloween . It has a spider web pattern .

I'm actually talking about both. I have seen many people with the table cloth/cheese cloth but I have no idea where to purchase it. Also the solid black that looks weathered not a clue here also

It's probably just black cotton that has been either left out in the sun for a few days to sun bleach, or it was washed over and over to fade it. The darker black fabric just looks like creepy cloth.

Black sheet sets from wallmart are affordable and work well for the ghosts I make. Get the set that is not form fitted.

I would haunt the thrift stores for old sheets and fabric, then you can tear it paint it fade it all you want to get the look you going for! the chees cloth looking stuff is sold at the dollar tree and almost any store that has Halloween decorations! The best part is it does not really matter what you use just use what you have and add some tears and paint in the dark it will look great!

The black "shawl" looking fabric looks to be some of that black "Creepy Cloth" that Big Lots and other stores sell.
I used it on my creep.

Another great option is cheesecloth from Home Depot (in the paint department) then dye it what ever color you need. I'd use black for this, green dye to make fake swamp grass, and a brown or even steeped tea to make it aged like creepy cloth. The weave of the fabric is tighter than creepy cloth, so you'll need to 'distress' it with sharp scissors. MUCH cheaper than buying the creepy cloth.

They sell some creepy cloth at dollar tree. I saw they started putting out some Halloween stuff but they’re more focused on back to school stuff right now

You could always try landscape fabric. I rips into strips and not expensive.
