After working on it for a few days straight, I finally finished up (well mostly finished) my new celtic cross prop. I still need to add some moss and some ivy but that will come later. I am including a couple progress pics along the way. That's my husband with one of my dachshunds to give you an idea of the scale and size of the cross. It's close to 7 feet tall! It was a fun project to do. :)

:)That is terrific! So big and impressively carved. WOW! You should be tickled pink. (Cute puppy too!)

I wasn't planning on putting a fogger in the base. The base is actually solid foam and not hollow in the center. I do plan on putting some moss and perhaps some ivy and a crow sitting on one of the arms on the cross. :)

Looks great! Your knot work is very neat and the size is great. Will you be adding anything else to it? Maybe a fog machine in the base?
