I would think some sort of pink tutu (maybe multiple colors of pink?) pink tights and a pink leotard/dance type top? Something that is form fitting but not as revealing as a bodice?
You can take a pink feather boa and go around the wrists and neck line to add some feathers. I am not sure exactly how to do the beak though. Perhaps something you could clip into your hair?
Its sounds like a really cute idea.
Edit: Maybe you can use a mask like this -

If you can find a pink one, then paint the "beak" part black...add a few feathers if you want. I think it would be really cute.
