I think most clock hand gears will move the hands in either direction (CW or CCW). The type of clock will drive what you need to do. If it's an older mechanism, you should be able to remove part of the movement and attach a small gearmotor (~4 RPM or to your taste) to the drive shaft. If it's a newer model with an electric movement, you could attach the motor to the thumbwheel that's used for adjusting the time.
