Axworthy help using washing machine motor?

707 1
Tried and failed for the last 2 years with an Axworthy. I have a great washing machine motor. it turns at 1650 rpm, so that's way too fast for a direct drive. Any advice or know how?
Thanks!!!

Usually they have some sort of pulley arrangement on them to get the rpms low enough to work. I've seen some that used a wiper motor , but they were for a relatively short run. I don't have it here , but there are plenty of online calculators to find the size pulleys you would need.
