Anyone's Party THIS Saturday (10/17)?

My parties are usually kind of early to avoid over-lapping with other parties that are generally closer to Halloween, so I'm gonna be pretty busy these next couple days! The only thing that a few of my guests are going to instead is The Oddball Comedy Fest. It's kind of big deal, so I understand, lol...Amy Shumer and Aziz Ansari, ha!

Just curious if anyone else is in the same boat!

Ours is the Saturday before just to avoid conflicting with Parents wanting to take their kids trick-or-treating. We do an adult only party though (Because we have an open bar at the event).

Yes, mine is this Saturday as well. Gotta a lot to do....last minute decor, getting table set, etc. I took tomorrow off so that helps. Should be a great time!

OMG, I was working all night after work last night, and have been up since 8 working on the party stuff. My friend just took me to the store to get ice, batteries, limes, chips and beer, the last of the little things I needed to buy. I think I'm going to take a break finally and will hopefully be able to update tomorrow with pictures....sooooo tired.

Ours was the 17th, always the 3rd Saturday.

It was a hit again. It's Monday morning and I'm still exhausted.

Ours was this Saturday too! It was a big hit and I am glad to have next weekend to rest before actual Halloween, because we do a big scare fest in our driveway for the trick or treaters, so when we do the party one weekend and Halloween is right after it's too much! We had our usual zombie party but with a 1960s theme. It was awesome!

My party was the 17th and it was a huge success. It is Wednesday and I am still recooperating. We have another halloween party and a beer fest to go to this Saturday in our neighborhood. Love all the costumes and settings! Looks like you guys had great parties!
I had originally planned my party to be this coming weekend, but a very good friend wouldn't be able to make it then, so I scheduled for Halloween instead. Considering how much I have left to do, I'm very glad for the re-schedule!

I have 2 parties this Saturday!!! The Tweens' start at 6pm. I am expecting at least 20 of them (Lord help me!) They will leave at 9:30, then the Adults Party starts at 10pm. Late, I know, But the Adult party was a spontanious decision. My entire house has been transformed. Front LR, dining room, kitchen and den are the Witches domain, The Spare BR is the Feast room with the Dead Zombie Buffet. The Bathroom is a Murder scene. The Office has a Large Clown behind the dest. (you will see him when leaving the Bathroom). The hall to the Master BR has been blacked out with floating candles and the :Ring" girl standing in the deep shadowed corner. The Pool water will be Blood Red with a Skeleton floating in a coffin, and a few glowing floating hands. The far side of the pool is the Cemetery and a floating Witch with her burning Cauldron. I am TIRED, Stressed, and NOT DONE!
