One of my favourite series - a shame it got cancelled after one season.

That's awesome! As to the lettering, you might try filling in the insides of the letters with black, rather than outlining - it looks semi-realistic as weathering, and as long as your tombstone body is relatively light in color, it still pops. Or maybe a nice rusty inna-pendent brown?

Now, when are you starting on the statue to go with it? :D

I just got my tools this year, so his statue will have to wait.

I have thought about making a headstone for Wash, but that just bums me out. I liked Wash. But the headstone would be easy and cool. "I am a leaf on the wind..."

I largely just pretend the movie didn't happen.

Anyway, those holographic grave markers would be pretty difficult to implement, unless you have access to some 26th century electronics surplus suppliers.

And if you do, please share. :D
