Hey all. Looking for some ideas for aging poseable skeletons. The ones from Home Depot leave a little to be desired from that standpoint. The last time I aged a skeleton the "in thing" was using gel wood stain. Is that still the best way? Are there better ways? I don't want it to be too dark as to disappear in the graveyard, but want enough so that it doesn't look so two-dimensional.
Also, these poseable skeletons from Home Depot aren't too articulate. I'm wondering if anyone has found an easy way to remove the head so it can be turned. I'm sure I can figure it out. Just wondering if anyone has tried with success, or if they broke it.
