I was wondering if anyone has come up with a reasonable copy of the coat Uncle Fester wears? In any of TV shows / Movies.

You can probably get away with any sort of a single breasted black trench coat from the thrift store. A plainer one without epaulets or lots of pockets, and leave off the belt if it has one. Just button it up fully under the chin.
