The weathering on this stone is fantastic; I love it!
^^this^^
You hit a home run with this one Kev! I love the tall monuments. They give a graveyard such authenticity. Strong work my friend!

Great work. very impressive, professional looking prop and sure to provide a focal point in your graveyard. The paint job and weathering are fantastic.
Does it strip down for storage?

If I didn't know better, I'd say that was stone from the pictures. Incredible work. I like that poem - a lot. I saved that picture. Thank you!

Yes, the top is removable so I can store smaller props inside during the off season and shield some electrical connections from the weather during Halloween.

You mean 6' not 6".nice stone must of taken forever to carve.
Haha, right, 6 feet. Isn't that how they got Stonehenge wrong in "Spinal Tap"? I actually did the entire thing over the weekend with a hand saw and sandpaper.

Thanks for the great comments, everyone!

Hi Bryan, it's made from 2" foam. I am starting a new smaller version, I'll try to do a step by step tutorial and post it before the big day.
That would be awesome! Even if not this year I can always add it to next years!
