Finished my 3-axis skull routine just in time this year including VSA and DMX programming.

The voice over was done by Scott Keck. I also had 4 other routines lasting about 15 minutes until the loop repeated.

Since I've got the servo board and VSA ready to go, I think next year I'll add a Dr. Morbius-type groundbreaker, too.

Really looks great! My future plans include getting into a three axis skull. I'll be asking a TON of questions when the time comes!
I like the startle you got with the air cannon and MIB. Nice set up!

The air cannon is actually down the walkway. This year, I built a box for the air cannon so it could be put out anywhere in the yard. A big spider rested on top of the box and the actor taunted TOTers passing by to "pet my spider". Of course, once they petted the spider, the actor activated the air cannon. It either got a scream or at least a good laugh out of everyone. The MIB was actually a Monster in a Coffin that was run by the VSA along with the lights and 3-axis skull.
