fyi no legal training - but chapter 7 would be liquidation of Party City,
Chapter 11, I believe is reorganization, so maybe some store closings, some refinancing, reorganization of debt, etc....
So, NO RIP yet. I assume there was less home party supplies bought during the last 2 years?
