Nice. One of these days.....
I usually just go out and collect the stakes the real estate agents are too lazy to pick up after the weekend.
By law they are supposed to remove their "Open House" signs after the weekend, but most just pull the sign off the stake and leave the stake for next weekend, so there are all these naked stakes along the roadside all week. That looks bad and is technically against the rules. So I have no regrets in cleaning up their stakes for my display.
With some black spray paint and few strands of Caution tape here and there, it doesn't look half bad.
