Rummy! Wow! Thanks so much for this. Starting to thing that it's time to build a fence to keep kids from killing themselves on the electrical cords. This is an amazing setup.

I always try to do what you've done...put in extra work up front to make the setup process way simpler down the road. Then the deadline dread hits and that all falls by the wayside.

Really appreciate the detailed explanation though. I think you might make MVP for the thread.

Now if we could only electrify the fence!

So far we've just place our cords strategically and then cover them with leaves. We have a hedge that runs around the perimeter of the yard so we can hide some cords in there. Then we herd the kids by hand...but that's because we don't get more than around 80 these days. We'll need a better solution if the number of kids starts to grow. The fence looks brilliant.
