Recently, I've been making plaster cloth/ paper mache masks using Mr. Chicken's YouTube tutorial.
It's a pretty simple method, although paper towels dipped in paint aren't the easiest medium to work with. The first mask I made using this technique...
Hey all, I wanted to share my prop I've been building for about 3 weeks now. I wanted to get to more props, but this one took way to long and I got a late start. My original concept was to take all these skulls I had and create a skull pile prop. Something you'd find at spirit or similar. I...

I just saw a post in a thread by Nightfisher. He made a custom foam door skin that looked awesome... a lot more detailed than my stuff. Hopefully he'll share that with us here. Anyway, that inspired me to start a thread soliciting custom house/door/whatever skins. So please post away!
I'm a lover of all things Halloween. It all started many years ago with just the dressing up to get candy and progressed to some tame face painting. In the past few years it went to making my own gelatin prostectics and a little yard decorating. Today I am currently waiting for my Mehron...
Anyone have tips on how to achieve a dried up looking corpse? I know a few corpsing techniques but the end result is more "juicy" & freshly deceased looking. I'm needing more of a dusty, leathery type result. I'm open to any & all suggestions.
Trying to find another one of these sets of halloween toys/squirters. Ok one of them was of a human head with arms and skin peeling. I know vague but all i can remember. Anyone know what they were called?
I know they are the same type of water based, acrylic adhesive, but does anyone know if there is a significant difference? Is one better than the other, and if so, why?

So I wanted to try my hand at making a werewolf skin rug, and so I bought a taxidermy form for a bear. But then I decided it would be much more fun if I could wear the werewolf skin! And thus the wearable werewolf project was born.
Trying to find: "Super Skin" or "Skin Suit" red fiery wig.
I've tried all the major costume places and Amazon but no luck.
Spencer's has it listed but says it's unavailable.
I have the red suit but I need the wig to complete my idea.
Anyone seen it?
