Hello, These are some props I've made recently. I've made a number of shrunken heads in the past, but these are my most recent works. I like how they came out. Two of them are made from polymer clay, and the one in the dome is made from papier-mache. I had a lot of fun decorating them.

I really enjoyed doing the group mandrake activity, and I want to make a shrunken head, so I thought... let's do this again! To review, this is a very relaxed activity, open to all, with no timeline. So just jump on in at any point. It's fun to kind of 'get together' and make our own...

A gift for a morbidly minded friend. I think i will be making more.

I wanted to try and make some apple shrunken heads this year. Has anyone here done that? Has anyone tried it with other fruits or vegetables? I was wondering if something like an acorn squash would work.
