Tried this last night and it was damn good!
Got this off a pellet smoker site so this recipe assumes you have at least a smoker (wood pellet smoker makes it easier because you can set a temp for it to reach on its own). I didn't put the drip pan in mine last night so I had a huge hot spot...
I am drying out the pumpkin seeds pulled from my newly carved jack-o-lanterns. Does anyone out there know the appropriate way to go about roasting them? Are there any secrets/spices that I should try?
