Full credit to Shel Parsons. I'm 99.9% positive this was it. I had made a previous post on here where I described details of it. Looks like it's called #109340 "Bloody Eye", part of the "Thrill Collection" from a 1995 catalog by RSS (Royal Specialty Sales) Vol. 56, which apparently was a...

I know I’m asking for the moon… I have a partial latex eyeball and stem. I want to put it in a “snow” globe but with bloody bits. Like this… ( if I can figure out how to insert a picture) I really want it to have the bloody bits but all I can think of is to use oil and water. Can I seal the...

Hello, I have been informed that my Big Demon is starting to dry rot. This is most likely due to some incompetence in me storing it. How would I repair this rot? What is the proper/best way to store latex props to be sure this doesn’t happen again? If I could perform a spinal tap on dry rot I would.

I’ve cast my monster clay sculpture in hydro cal, the mould making went fine, but now I’m trying to dig it out and I have a problem, I used an expanding foam core inside my monster clay that I made by spraying foam into a mannequins face, the foam was not soft but soft enough that I could squash...

Hey all. If anyone would know how, I figure this is the place to find out. :) So, I just purchased a new armature and foam-filled latex prop that has a very strong smell to it. Started out just wanting to see how detailed I could make a corpsed skeleton, then it evolved into a corpse on a stake, then into a corpse staked on a tree branch with some severed rotting heads alongside. The corpsing was done with latex, shop towel and great stuff. There are a few other odds...

Hi, I've been the proud owner of a Don Post Full Moon mask for many years, and it has been stored in my closet for about 9 years now. I had kept it dry, stuffed with tissue to hold its form, wrapped in a plastic bag, inside of its cardboard box. Recently, I got a styrofoam head and I wanted to...
