Note: This is a repost of an old tutorial whose links to pictures were broken with the software update at HF. A sculpture inside a tombstone - sort of. This was my Secret Reapee's gift for sikntwizted and thank goodness he is. I picked his like of 'gore' and went for it. The back story is...

Seeking help on Crypt build So we are attempting to build this style of crypt 12' x 12' from scratch. I think we have the build portion down pretty well, but I have limited experience forming this much foam for the design. Essentially each side is going to be almost completely covered. I...

Last year I made this sarcophagus in kind of a last minute decision since I messed up on the coffin I was trying to make. I realized too late that my dimensions were off so I decided to make this instead. I am pleased with how the sarcophagus turned out overall and I like the variation of using...

I needed to build a Tombstone that could house a projector for my AtmosFX yard display (new Phantasms) so I made a multi-functional Tombstone. I have yet to test out the Projector from inside the lower section but let me know what you think of the Tombstone so far?

My first replica stone. I made a "Jason Lives" tombstone based on the picture of the real stone that was in the movie. I feel pretty good about this one. The colors aren't an exact match but some of that is the lighting in the pic. The first pic is the real stone.

Hey fellow haunter friends. :) Here is another new piece I am working on, Originally, I didn't have the top border on it over the skull but I think it looks much better now that I added it. Now, off to paint it. hehe.

This is one of my bigger (literally) props I made for 2015. I am pleased with how it turned out. I think it took about 60 or so hours but I kind of lost track. :)

My latest tombstone creation. This one is a bit different for me as I have never done a "funny" epitaph stone before. I was thinking of selling it locally so I made it "family friendly". This stone is a bit over 2 feet tall and 18 inches wide.

Well, the last time I posted my pillars were about 95% done. Now they are 100% -- woohoo! :D

As most of us here are, I am a big Poe fan. Crows/Ravens are my thing this year so when I saw those ravens at Ross, I knew it was time for me to make a stone like this.

Well, my pillars are almost finally done. I am still playing with the paint as you can see from the pics. They may end up looking a bit different when all is said and done but you'll get the general idea. The pillar on the right is still going to be getting quite a bit more paint. Thoughts?
