GORE WARNING! (Now with less stomach!) I was asked for one of these and I'm no pro, but I was happy that someone liked my original picture enough to ask about how I did it! So, here it is. Upsettingly, there is a lot of bare stomach in this tutorial. Nothin' I can do about that, it's a ribcage...
