When I first saw these in the thumbnail, I thought, "Oh, cute... hand soaps for haunters." Then I read the title. Nice work on the painting though. I never thought to use Rit dye for staining concrete.

If you go the RIT dye route tbey lighten up alot even if you seal them. You have to wait 28 days to seal new concrete.

I watched your video and noticed the complications of pulling and staining too early. We've yet to make a concrete item, but the skulls sort of intrigue us. We may one day buy a mold to get ourselves a reasonably priced pile of skulls. It's coming down to trying the milk bottle skulls for lightweight portability or concrete for detail and durability.
